Exchange Eligibility
We offer exchanges on eligible products within 3 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

The exchange request must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order.

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

Products showing signs of use, damage, stains, or alteration will not be eligible for exchange.

No Return & Refund
Rangpur does not accept returns or provide refunds for delivered orders. Only eligible exchange requests will be considered as per this policy.
